One 35" Silk Scarf, Endless Looks
37+ ways to wear it.
A single 35" × 35" square of silk twill becomes a knot, a headscarf, a sash, a shawl, a bow. Bigger silhouette, softer fabric, more drape — dressed up or down.
Three More Ways
Sash, bag charm, wrist wrap.
Take the same 35" silk twill off your neck: cinch it at the waist as a printed sash, knot it to a top-handle bag, or wrap the wrist for a silk bracelet moment.

New — The Scarf Bag
Two lucite handles, one silk bag.
Slip the 35" silk twill through a pair of clear lucite ring handles, cinch each side with a small knot, and the scarf gathers into a soft, structured handbag — no hardware, no sewing, endlessly reconfigurable.
Pair with 4–5" clear acrylic ring or D-shaped lucite handles for the cleanest silhouette.
Step-by-step
4 tutorialsScarf Bag (Lucite Handles)
- 1.Lay the 35" scarf flat and place two 4–5" clear lucite ring handles about 8" apart on top.
- 2.Fold the top and bottom edges of the scarf up and over each handle so the fabric wraps around the rings.
- 3.Gather the fabric at each handle and tie a snug overhand knot just beneath the ring to lock it in place.
- 4.Lift by both handles — the silk gathers into a pouch. Adjust the knots to shape the bag deeper or wider.
Waist Sash
- 1.Lay the 35" scarf flat and fold on the bias into a long triangle.
- 2.Continue folding lengthwise to form a 2–3" wide band.
- 3.Center the band at the front of the waist, wrap once around, and bring the tails back to the front.
- 4.Tie a flat knot slightly off-center; let the tails cascade down the hip.
Bag Charm
- 1.Fold the scarf on the bias, then roll into a soft ribbon about 2" wide.
- 2.Loop the center of the band under the top handle of your bag.
- 3.Cross the tails over the handle and pull them through the loop.
- 4.Tie a full 4-loop bow; fluff the loops and trim-length the tails evenly.
Wrist Wrap
- 1.Fold the scarf into a narrow band, roughly 1–1.5" wide.
- 2.Place the center of the band against the inside of your wrist.
- 3.Wrap the tails twice around the wrist, keeping the silk flat and smooth.
- 4.Tie a small bow on the outside of the wrist; adjust snug but comfortable.
Size & Fit
35"
silk twill square
Choosing the right length for waist, bag, or wrist.
The 35" silk twill folds down to different working lengths depending on how tightly you roll it. Use the guide below to get the drape you want the first time.
- Waist sash
- Fold on the bias into a 2–3" band. Fits waists 24"–34" with 8–12" of tail — sizes up to a US 14 with visible drape.
- Bag charm
- Roll narrower — about 1.5–2" — for top-handle bags. Leaves 6–8" tails per side after a full bow; scale down the bow on mini bags.
- Wrist wrap
- Roll thinnest — 1–1.5" — and wrap twice. Fits wrists 5.5"–7.5" with a small bow; wrap three times for a chunkier cuff.
Tip: silk twill relaxes with wear — a fresh knot will loosen slightly after 20–30 minutes, so tie a touch tighter than you think.
