Information we collect

When you browse, contact us, or place an order, we may collect your name, email, shipping address, order details, and basic device/analytics information (such as pages viewed and referring site). Payment details are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders, send shipping updates, and provide customer support.
• To improve our site, product selection, and shopping experience.
• To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Subprocessors

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the storefront, including Shopify (commerce + payments) and our website hosting and email providers. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep your b.Honey Pot basket, checkout and sign-in working. They are always on.

Visit counting: we count visits on our own site — which page you landed on, which products you tapped, how you found us (for example a coaster QR code or Instagram) and whether you played a Founders’ Introduction. This is on by default, stays with b.Honey, is never sold, and is not used for advertising.

Opting out: tap “Opt out” in the cookie notice, or use “Cookie choices” in the footer of any page at any time. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals from your browser as an automatic opt-out.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailingfounders@bhoney.shop. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
