- Twelve months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship — seams, rolled hem, print registration, and colorfastness on our 35" 100% silk twill squares.
What the warranty doesn’t cover
- Normal wear — snags, pulls, pilling, and gradual softening or fading with use
- Damage from machine washing, hot water, bleach, or a hot dryer
- Stains, perfume, sunscreen, cosmetics, and heat- or iron-scorch marks
- Cuts, tears, alterations, dye or embellishment added after purchase
- Items bought from an unauthorized reseller, or received as final-sale samples
Care keeps the promise: Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a pH-neutral silk wash and dry flat away from direct sun. Warm iron on the reverse. Follow the care label and your b.Honey Scarf stays covered for the full term.
To make a claim, email founders@bhoney.shop with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced with the same design when available, or refunded in full. One replacement per item.
