What the warranty doesn’t cover
- Normal wear — snags, pulls, pilling, and gradual softening or fading with use
- Damage from machine washing, hot water, bleach, or a hot dryer
- Stains, perfume, sunscreen, cosmetics, and heat- or iron-scorch marks
- Cuts, tears, alterations, dye or embellishment added after purchase
- Items bought from an unauthorized reseller, or received as final-sale samples
Care keeps the promise: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, no bleach, line dry in shade. Warm iron while slightly damp. Follow the care label and your b.Honey Square stays covered for the full term.
To make a claim, email founders@bhoney.shop with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced with the same design when available, or refunded in full. One replacement per item.
