- Cuts, tears, alterations, dye or embellishment added after purchase
- Items bought from an unauthorized reseller, or received as final-sale samples

To make a claim, email founders@bhoney.shop with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced with the same design when available, or refunded in full. One replacement per item.
